VASE AND PLATE SET

This sweet two piece set is perfect for holding treasures.

Made from Australian stoneware clay, both items were wheel-thrown and glazed with my own clear glaze before being fired to 1280°Celsius. 12ct Gold lustre was applied and the pieces were re-fired to 820°Celsius.

The vase is approximately 6cm x 8cm (lip width x height) while the plate is 11.5cm in diameter and 2.5cm tall.

Gold lustre is permanent but delicate - please avoid the use of dishwashers, instead hand-washing with a smooth cloth, never an abrasive surface.

Each Servant Ceramics vessel has been handmade by me, Rachel, in my Meanjin (Brisbane, Queensland) based studio. I am a trained ceramic artist, having completed a diploma of ceramics and a bachelor of arts in Naam (Melbourne, Victoria).
