ICED TEA TIME (vessel, milk jug and spoon set)

This three piece set is perfect for a delightful iced tea-time ritual with hot or cold beverages.

Made from stoneware clay, the vessel and milk jug were wheel-thrown while the spoon was hand-built. Fired to 1280°Celsius, with a food safe clear glaze over the blue underglaze decoration, the deep green areas remain unglazed for textural contrast.

The vessel comfortably holds 330mls and is 8.7cm x 10.5cm (lip width x height). The milk jug holds 100mls and is 4.5m x 7.5cm (lip width x height). The spoon is 12.5cm in length.

I highly recommend hand washing to extend the life of Servant Ceramics' vessels. Despite the glazed surface, the heat and power of dishwashers can effect the surface over time. If you are going to put them in the dishwasher, ideally use a delicate cycle without drying heat.

Each Servant Ceramics vessel has been handmade by me, Rachel, in my Meanjin (Brisbane, Queensland) based studio.
